Each month I choose new readers for Elijah. I usually scribble the titles I want him to read on a scrap of paper. Because of my random, unorthodox ways, I have no real record of what he's read. Until now.
I created a type-it-in form to record reading selections. I will save a copy of each month's list on my computer.
It's super simple, but it has everything I need it to have.
It has a place to type the target date (when all the books should be read by).
The top half of the form is where I can type in Elijah's "required" books for the month.
The bottom half of the form is where Elijah can record his free choice books.
At the end of the month, he can add all of the books to his 300 Book Challenge form.
