Calling all you cowboys and cowgirls! Who says school can’t be fun?! š
We started our week off at co-op with a Legend of Lightning Larry play and some lemonade tasting!

This is a double lapbook (two file folders glued together). This is the first folder.
Inside the Books I Read About Cowboys. This was a great activity for Elijah. He got to underline all the book titles, find the copyright dates, and add a word to describe each of the books we read.

Elijah had a fun time putting the outlaw names in alphabetical order! š
We used the dictionary to help us think up some new alliterated names for the outlaws (since they had a change of heart)
After we read the D’Aulaire book, Elijah dictated his narration to me. I typed it for him.

We ended our week with a co-op field trip to the RODEO!
