Eighteen months ago, I published a Learning with LEGO lapbook for my older son, Elijah. My younger son is now just as in love with LEGO as his older brother, so {this afternoon} I decided it was time to create a junior version. Simon is delighted! I will report back once we’ve built our brains out.

You are very creative in finding new ways to learn with LEGO 🙂 I did something similar with my 4-year-old son and his Schleich plastic animals ( here: http://constructingkids.wordpress.com/2012/04/07/counting-cows-and-selling-elefants/ ) I believe there is many ways of learning with LEGOs:
1. Black boxing (Building a LEGO set following the instruction) and
2. Out of the box (Being creative and using only your imagination)
I dont think one is better than the other, they have different learning potentials. Please keep posting activities like this 🙂
