A few weeks ago, I spent a Saturday with some girlfriends from co-op. So, what did we do on this glorious mom’s day away? We planned out our homeschooling journeys for the year! What could possibly be more fun?
So, we have a schedule for our unit studies. I’m posting it here for a few reasons.
1. I like to put my nose in other people’s schedules, so I’m guessing other people would like to put their noses in mine!
2. To help me stay on track.
3. Because I haven’t posted in a long time, and I need to post SOMETHING.
We’re using units from Five in a Row Volumes I-III, Homeschool Share, and Literature Pockets (Folktales and Fairy Tales). You may want to see notes at the bottom to make sense of my secret coding.

I wish I could be half so organized! (That'd mean I have half the year planned, right?) I'm just winging it as usual. :rolling eyes:

I love looking at others set up..I posted mine this week to to motivate me and let others know it is possible for them to homeschool too even with a small family budget..Of course we are at pre-k so its tons less money now than it will be as we advance in years some.

I want to be like you!!! I wish I could be so organized. At the picnic last week, I thought, Wow! Can I do that? I like your schedule here. I saw your field trip planned to the pumbkin patch in October, where is it? and do you think we could tag along? That would be a fun FIAR outing, hint hint!
Thanks, You inspire me!

Wow! Love all those living books!! What a fun way to learn!
The units and other materials submitted to the HSShare contest were great! Wow! What neat things are there, and for free! Thanks for doing that! (And I've requested my two free kits. Sort of ironic that the person who makes her own lapbooks wins the kits. I'm the last person who needs them, right? But I'm sure I'll get some good ideas nonetheless!)
