I long for my wandering heart to be bound to God; to be a bond-servant of Jesus Christ.
I love my man.
I love my boys.
I don't desire a balance between grace and truth; I want to be wrapped up in both.
I strive to love the Lord my God with all my heart. I pray the same for my children.
I love walking by the way with them.
I love homeschooling.
I love helping homeschoolers (which is why I started Homeschool Share). And I pray that if there is a way I can help you along this journey, I will.

I’d like to buy four… Three adult and one kid. For the three adults, I’d like one of them to be mostly blue and brown, but I’m not too picky and the other two can be any color. For the kid bracelet, it will be for a boy, so please more boyish colors. Can you email me the total and where I can mail a check to?
We are an adoptive and foster care family- 4 boys, 2 bio, 1 adopted, 1 foster (with more moving home). Best of luck to you and your family as you grow in The Lord!

I am so thankful for your sharing all your homeschooling work. I am a mom of four, including 2 adopted, and have been homeschooling for 13 years. I’m about to graduate my first and have a three more coming behind, including a 3 yr old. Quite the spread!
I am writing because I just visited homeschoolshare.com, as I have many times before, for my young ones. (I couldn’t find a place to comment on that site.) Such wonderful resources did not exist when I started homeschooling, as blogs and such did not exist that long ago! When I visited the site this morning, I noticed your comments about the changes to FIAR and then I saw the responses. Oh my. My heart went out to you. You have been so generous with sharing your time and resources with nothing to gain in return except the joy of sharing. I am so sad that anyone would have anything to comment other than gratitude.
I pray the joy of the Lord is your strength when people are unkind. There is no work whatsoever that is more important than your serving your own family. I have benefited greatly by the spillover of that work that you have shared. But if you were to shut it all down today, I would still be thankful. And I would certainly understand, as every Christian mother should, that your husband and children deserve your attention.
I pray you will daily have the discernment to know how best to use your time for the glory of God. On days when that means no internet ministry, I pray you will not be discouraged at all by what seems to loom on your to-do list, but instead will delight in your service to your family. Yours is a world with which I am familiar….bringing adopted blessings into a homeschooling family. No shortage of tugs on your time! May the Lord bless you far beyond how you have blessed others!

Dear Pam,
Thank you so much for your words. I had to turn comments off on that post because my heart just can’t take any more of the ugly, and I feel that I have given people ample opportunity to vent.
I really have tried to be generous. I love sharing. I love people. I want to give. And this episode has been much harder for me than I imagined.
I started crying when I read your post. It came at exactly the right moment. And I needed to read what you wrote about serving my family, as it is so very important.
Thank you for your prayers. Thank you.

How did you decide on a sib group of 3? Would love to chat more, feel free to email me back. FYI – I also grabbed your blog tag and posted it on our blog š
Blessings,
